Because each Smart Start Learning Binder is handmade to order and personalized just for your child, based on the details you provide, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or reprints unless there is an error in production on our end.

🔁 What’s Not Eligible for Return or Reprint:

• Incorrect spelling, theme, or details submitted at checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
• General wear and tear after use

✅ What We’ll Fix:

If your product arrives with:

• Incorrect personalization due to our error
• Major print or binding defects
• Missing or damaged pages/items

We will gladly reprint or replace your item at no additional cost.
