Thank you for shopping with Busy Hands, Bright Minds! We take pride in creating high-quality, personalized learning materials for your little ones. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process and timelines.
Production Time
All of our products are made to order and carefully assembled by hand. Standard production time is 5–7 business days before shipping.
Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Production Option:
- Production Time: 2–3 business days
- Rush Fee: $20 (added at checkout or invoiced separately)
To request a rush order, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Shipping Time
After production, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
