All products from Busy Hands, Brite Minds are custom-made and personalized, especially our signature Smart Start Learning Binder. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all personalized details — including name spellings, themes, and options — are accurate before submitting an order.
Orders are printed and processed based on the exact information you provide. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
Section 3 – Supervision and Product Use
Our educational materials are designed for children ages 2–5 but must always be used under direct adult supervision.
You agree that:
- All products are to be used with supervision
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use
- Products may contain laminated pages, Velcro, or other materials that could pose a risk if not handled with care
Section 4 – Safety & Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in producing safe, high-quality learning materials, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Laminated pages may occasionally have sharp edges
- Some small parts (stickers, Velcro pieces, dry erase marker,etc.) may pose a choking hazard
- It is your responsibility to regularly inspect the product for safety and wear
- Busy Hands, Brite Minds is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of products after delivery
Section 5 – Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or reprints, unless:
- There is a production error on our end
- You receive the wrong item
- A personalization mistake was made by our team
If you believe there is an error, please contact us at contact@busyhandsbriteminds.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We are happy to correct any mistakes we are responsible for.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
